LIFT MANAGER

Coordinate and prioritize Plunger Lift systems across an entire pad to improve lifting performance.
LIFT MANAGER is a supervisory application the coordinates multiple PLUNGER LIFT apps to improve lifting performance. If too many wells are lifting at the same time, line pressure increases, flow velocity decreases, and plungers don't make it to surface. LIFT MANAGER limits the numbers of wells that are lifting concurrently and determines the next well allowed to lift.
Key App Features
Plunger Coordination
Configure how many wells are allowed to lift at the same time. Up to 16 wells can be managed. When a well is ready to lift it enters an Inhibited state and waits. LIFT MANAGER decides the next well that is allowed to lift amongst the wells that are inhibited (ready to lift) based on the Coordination Metric.
Coordination Metrics
Round Robin - The next well to lift is determined based on a consecutive order. This ensures every well gets a chance to lift. If the next well in the list is not ready to go, it is skipped until the next rotation.
Priority - The next well to lift is determined based on a priority list. The highest priority well that is ready to lift is the next to go. This ensures that problematic or high production wells always go first.
High Load Ratio - The next well to lift is determined based on the highest Load Radio. This prioritizes highly loaded / low energy wells to prevent them from loading up beyond its ability to lift.
Low Load Ratio - This next well to lift is determined based on the lowest Load Radio. This prioritizes high energy wells to prevent further energy build up and plunger/spring damage.
PLUNGER LIFT PLC Shift App Integration
Flexible integration options allow for a single or several devices to be connected to a single LIFT MANAGER app.
Local apps. PLUNGER LIFT apps on the same device are directly connected within the PLC Shift run-time. No integration/communications work is required.
Remote apps. PLUNGER LIFT apps on a separate device are connected with Modbus. Node-RED or a PLC/RTU is used to poll and map the tags between the remote PLUNGER LIFT app and the LIFT MANAGER app.
PLC SHIFT Features
Integration with existing PLCs, RTUs and Flow Computers
Communicate directly to Compact/ControlLogix, Codesys, SCADAPack, or any Modbus capable device.
7 Day demo license
Apps will run fully featured for 7 days without a license for convenience and testing
Free configuration, management and operations tool
Modbus TCP Server
Read and write directly to the apps via the Modbus TCP server. Each app has a unique Modbus Unit ID to facilitate standardized HMI templates.
Web HMI
Automatically generated web HMI, served directly from the app for local and remote status and control
MS SQL, Azure and MQTT SparkplugB Export
Stream tag and historical data to MS SQL, Azure or an MQTT broker to enable real-time analytics and auditability.
Secure Connections
Modern security and encryption methods such as SSH and TLS for user access and data connectivity
App API - AI Ready
Read/write access to app tags via gRPC or REST. Encrypted and authenticated role-based access control with single sign-on.
